Conditions of the Service

Below are the conditions of VIP Transportation Los Cabos service in terms of the arrival, departure and cancellation policies. We reserve the right to modify, at any time and without notice, changes in these conditions, therefore, we recommend you read these Terms of Service carefully each time you access the Website.

1. Arrival and departure policies – Los Cabos International Airport.

At the time of arrivals to Los Cabos International Airport:

At the time the transfer service is booked/bought, it is necessary that the client gives his/her full name and flight number to the airline; the VIP Transportation Los Cabos team will be verifying his/her flight and the approximate time of arrival to Los Cabos International Airport, if the flight is delayed, we will inform the client that we are already aware of the situation.

Arrival to Terminal 01

In case that the client arrives at TERMINAL 01, the VIP Transportation Los Cabos team will be waiting for you by the DEPARTURE GROUP with a sign with your name or with a VIP TRANSPORTATION LOS CABOS sign.

The maximum waiting time outside the airport will be 40 minutes from the arrival of your flight, after 40 minutes the service is deemed as NO SHOW without the right of any refund.

Arrival to Terminal 02

In case the client arrives at TERMINAL 02, the VIP Transportation Los Cabos team will wait outside the airport in the No. 5 umbrella with the VIP TRANSPORTATION LOS CABOS sign.

The waiting time will be 1 hour and 10 minutes from the arrival of your flight, after this time the service is deemed as NO SHOW without the right of any refund.

At Departures times to the Los Cabos International Airport:

At the moment the service is booked/bought, it is necessary that the client provides his/her flight departure information, in this way the VIP Transportation Los Cabos team will schedule his/her pick up time at the hotel depending on the area in which he/she is staying in Los Cabos.

We will have a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes after the pick-up time agreed with the client, after those 15 minutes, if we still have the service available, the client will have to pay a fine of USD 25.00, in case the service is no longer available, it is deemed as NO SHOW without the right of any refund.

In case the client changes his/her hotel, it is necessary to notify the company via email 72 hours prior to pick-up time to give the service enough time to make the changes to the schedule.

In case the client’s departure flight is delayed, he/she cannot change the pick-up time assigned by the VIP Transportation Los Cabos company, similarly he/she will be collected from the hotel at the indicated time.

2. Cancellation policies for transportation services:

● According to our Vip Transportation Los Cabos policies, Vip does not do any refund once a reservation is confirmed. If you don’t travel at this time, please send us an email and we’ll change your reservation with no penalty fees up to a year from your original booking date.
● In accordance to the policies of the Ministry of Tourism of Baja California Sur, Mexico, changes will be 48 hours prior to the service.
