For a hotel pickup, our team needs the full name of the property.
This matters at larger resorts with hotel rooms, residences, villas, or multiple entrances on the same property. If your hotel gives you a dedicated transportation pickup area, share that information with us.
For your return transfer to SJD, be at the confirmed pickup area before your scheduled time with your phone available.
Our team schedules airport departure pickups using your flight information and the area where you are staying. This gives us the travel time needed for the drive back to SJD.
Staying at a Villa or Airbnb? A Little More Detail Helps
A private residence does not always have a large hotel sign at the entrance.
For villas, Airbnbs, and vacation rentals, send us:
Full street address
Property or villa name, if it has one
Community or development name
Map pin, if your host provides one
Lead guest name and working phone number
Any pickup or access instructions from the host
If your Airbnb listing gives you the final address shortly before check-in, update our team as soon as you receive it.

Staying Inside a Gated Community?
Los Cabos has many private villa communities, including Pedregal and El Encanto de la Laguna.
If your rental is inside a gated development, check the arrival information sent by your host or property manager.
Some properties may have a villa number, security desk, guest authorization process, access code, or preferred entrance. Send any instructions that apply to your stay so our team has the same information you received from the property.
A community name alone may still leave several homes or entrances to choose from.
How Hotel Pickup Works
For a resort or hotel pickup, go to the transportation meeting area confirmed for your reservation.
At smaller properties, this may be near the main entrance. Larger resorts may direct private transportation to a lobby, valet, motor lobby, or separate transportation area.
Use the location provided by your hotel and share any special instructions with our team before the ride.
For airport departures, please be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Your pickup is planned around your location and flight departure, so leaving from San José del Cabo may require a different schedule than leaving from Cabo San Lucas or another zone.
What If You Change Hotels or Move to Another Airbnb?
Plans change. Just tell us early.
VIP Transportation Los Cabos’ current policy asks guests changing hotels or pickup locations to notify our team by email at least 72 hours before pickup so the schedule can be updated.
For a change close to the service time, contact us as soon as you can. Our team can review the new location and let you know if the route, timing, or price needs to change.
Do not assume that changing the property name leaves the transportation plan unchanged. A new address may place you in another service zone.
